Dumfries & Galloway Council has granted the scheme planning in principle, meaning that work to construct one of the largest data centres in the world will likely begin onsite next year.

The exhibition will show how issues raised by local people, businesses and relevant groups and organisations are reflected within the masterplan that has evolved since December.

The Exhibition will take place at Lockerbie Library, 31-33 High Street, Lockerbie, DG11 2JL on:

Friday 13th March 2009 from 11.00 ￿ 19.30

Saturday 14th March 2009 from 10.00 ￿ 12.00

Representatives from the project team will be present to answer any questions.
